Paul Manley (Co-Founder) CEO & East Coast Business Development

Ret. Colonel, USAF and an entrepreneur (Flexlite Inc), with years of leadership and administrative experience (Squadron CDR and Pentagon Div. Chief). Former Director of Business Development at Boeing, L-3 Space and Navigation, and Viecore FSD for numerous programs including Missile Defense, L-3 Classified Space, and other classified projects. Paul holds a Top Secret Security Clearance a BS - US Air Force Academy and MS - National War College.

Mohammad Sadjadpour (Co-Founder) President, COO, West Coast & Int’l Business Development

29 year Boeing veteran with expertise in business strategy, international business, system integration, program management, and complex systems modeling & simulation. Retired as the Director of Business Development for Cyber Security Solutions. Attended Northrop Institute of Technology, Cal. State Univ. LA, and USC earning BS/MS/EME degrees respectively in Mechanical Engineering, MBA from Pepperdine Univ., and Information Security Technical Studies Certification from Cal. Poly Pomona.

Jerry Miille Founding Member & Vice President, Product Management

Over 30 years of engineering, marketing, product management, business development, and general management experience. His experience bridges various solutions for carrier, enterprise, and government network and back-office applications. Held a key product management role at Narus (Boeing), responsible for Intercept/Surveillance and much of the Network Security solution. BS – University of California, Davis, MS – Santa Clara University.

Yoichi Sagawa Founding Member & Security Engineer - USAM Chief Architect

Systems security engineer with a focus on designing and building national security operations centers, performing network vulnerability and risk assessments, and defining incident response policy. Background in networking, ethical hacking, and RF communications with OSCP, CCNP and OSWP certifications. IEEE published author and presenter. Graduate of Harvey Mudd College.
